Guacamole Recipe


Southwest Guacamole Recipe

postmarked in March 2007 with 24 cent Common Buckeye stamp

2 ripe avocados
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup diced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 jalapeno pepper, diced

Peel and mash avocados. Combine all ingredients and salt to taste. Serve with any Mexican food or tortilla chips.
