Thai cuisine blends five fundamental tastes: sweet, spicy, sour, bitter and salty. Some common ingredients used in Thai cuisine include garlic, chillies, lime juice, lemon grass, and fish sauce. The staple food in Thailand is rice, which is included in almost every meal. Thailand is the world's largest exporter of rice, and Thais domestically consume over 100 kg of milled rice per person per year. Over 5000 varieties of rice from Thailand are preserved in the rice gene bank of the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), based in the Philippines.

Hi Brenda,Thanks for the efforts of the cards you scan and introduce to people.I hope I am not hurting you when i tell you information. You refer to a Taiwan stamp but the stamp shown in a Thailand Stamp.I am sure you know the difference.
Be encouraged,

Thank you Kiron! At first I had them all listed as Thailand, I received another card from there on the same day, and made the mistake of writing that down. Then I realized my mistake and fixed it, but forgot to fix the stamp as well. Thanks for pointing it out, I don't like to have errors on my blog :D

Have a great day!
