When opinions are too strong for mere words, M. T. Liggett expresses himself with a torch and scrap metal. Since retiring from the Air Force in 1989, he has lined the perimeter of his property along U.S. Highway 54 with hundreds of metal manifestos, many of them animated by the wind.
