A Sticker Chain Round-Robin Postcard

This is a sticker round robin.  The sender placed stickers on the front of the card, then on the back, they covered up their address with stamps and sent it to the next country until it was mailed back to me.  This one took almost 5 months to finish.  It is postmarked in 2011 with stamps from Russia, Germany, USA, Taiwan, China, Thailand , Belgium and Japan.

That looks like a fun idea, especially if you are the one who ends up with the finished card!

Everyone in the swap has a card that they send to everyone on the list. So in the end, everyone gets their own postcard back. It is a bit expensive, because you need to buy stamps for each and every card. And because I am in the States and our mail system uses the machines that leave all the ink marks on everything, what I do is have it hand stamped then put it in an envelope and mail it. So I end up paying postage twice. But the cards look so much nicer on the backsides that way.

What a fun idea. The card, on BOTH sides, looks so cool!
