Lapland, also referred to as Lappi Province, is the largest and northernmost region of Finland.

The thickest snow cover ever was measured in Kilpisjärvi in 19 April 1997 and it was 190 cm (6.24 ft). That is over 6 feet of snow in one day!  DANG!

(I would like to visit Finland someday)

I had to translate your comment ;-)

I have been to a few cities in Finland and they were all nice! I hope you get to visit someday.
