Hi Brenda,
Crawfish is part of the lyrics in the famous Carpenters song right?Related to Lobsters, Crawfish have lovely meat to eat.The fried rice is delicious ...and I have a big fan of this dish.I nearly eat such a dish everyday of my life. There are various ingredients used and some new ways make way for new flavours. A basis need of fried onions and tomatoes make a good dish. Thanks for supporting the art of cooking and good food.I have lots of those polar bear stamps.
