postmarked in 1906 with a 2 cent Washington stamp
The front is made of wood, with an elk carved on it and a picture frame cut out. The back has the typical postcard backing for this time period made of paper and glued onto the wood with these words:

I have seen wood postcards, but not with a frame for a photo. Nice touch.
