This living re-creation of a 1965 oil painting by Norman Rockwell is one among many artworks presented in the 1999 Pageant of the Masters - "The 20th Century: Ten Decades of Art." The Pageant is part of the famed Festival of Arts, which began in scenic Laguna Beach in 1932. the Festival showcases fine, original works by 160 of the region's most accomplished artists.
