The company now employs 700 staff and produces around 20 productions a year from its home in Stratford-upon-Avon and plays regularly in London, Newcastle upon Tyne and on tour across the UK and internationally.

Sir Antony Sher, (born 14 June 1949) is a South African-born British actor, writer and theatre director.

Alex Hassell is a British actor born September 17, 1980 in Southend. He is a co-founder of The Factory Theatre Company whose patrons include Ewan McGregor, Bill Nighy, Mark Rylance and Emma Thompson.
