This bipolar star forming region is called Sharpless 2-106. This picture is a December 2011 release from NASA / Hubble of a Nebula that looks like a snow angel.

Sh2-106 is an emission nebula and a star formation region in the constellation Cygnus. It is in an isolated area of the Milky Way.
