I found this box of food at the store and bought it. It wasn't that great but it's "Postcard Food"!
So I cut the box apart and made a postcard with it. (Several years later - I was keeping the box then realized this was a better idea.)

Proceeds from the “Healing PTSD” stamp are donated to the Department of Veterans Affairs and National Center for PTSD.
The stamp features a sprouting green plant surrounded by withered leaves, a design meant to elicit feelings of growth, healing, and hope.
