Bucaramanga, Colombia - Hotel Bucarica - Maybe a 'Dear Doctor' Postcard??

Bucaramanga, Colombia - Hotel Bucarica
This postcard was postmarked in 1970.

I have some of the 'dear doctor' postcards, but I can't translate this one well enough to say if it is one of the original ones or not.

If you see Lisa's comment with the translation, this is not a dear doctor postcard.. It is still a great card though!

I had never heard of a Dear Doctor postcard before now, so did a little research. Interesting! I hope you don't mind, I was curious, so also ran it through Copilot, and came up with
My esteemed doctor:
I send you from this inferno, far from our beloved capital, my cordial greetings. As always, I offer you the sincere expressions of my great appreciation and admiration.
Affectionately,
Jorge Ernesto P.
But... it felt the "inferno" is a playful thing, like a "hellish, tropical place," a joke about the climate there. Also, I learned that My Esteemed Doctor was often used for women with professional status, not necessarily in a medical sense. Like a lawyer, a manager, as a title of respect.
