Medan City is the capital of North Sumatra Province, Indonesia.  Interested Place are Maimoon Palace, Lumbini Park, Mesjid Raya,  (I think this is Masjid Raya (Grand Mosque)), Yelangkani Church, (and this one I think is Velangkanni Church), and Majestic's Clock. 

This is postmarked in 2016.
