All Aboard! The Express is comprised of an Amtrak P42 Genesis series diesel locomotive, a baggage car, a modern exhibit car featuring 'Celebrate The Century' commemorative stamps and related displays, a restored Railway Post Office (RPO) and an historic railroad business car.

I have two two of these postcards, they came with attached stickers from the United States Postal Service. One I had to take the stickers off to see the postcard, the other still has the stickers attached.
