Fula people (or Fulani) are an ethnic group spread over many countries, predominantly in West Africa, but found also in Central Africa and Sudanese North Africa.
They are traditionally a nomadic, trading people, herding cattle, goats and sheep across the vast dry hinterlands of their domain, keeping somewhat separate from the local agricultural populations.

Visiting Nigeria through flights to Lagos and then coming face to face with such tribesmen is a perfect way to get to know of the culture and traditions of Africa.
