Bab Al Bahrain Gate and A Minaret of one of the oldest mosques in Bahrain, Al Khamis Mosque.

Bab Al Bahrain (literally: Gateway of Bahrain) is a historical building located in the Customs Square in Manama. It marks the main entrance to the Manama Souq, (the old bazaar). It was designed by Sir Charles Belgrave, adviser to the Emir and completed in 1945.

A Minaret is a tall slender tower, typically part of a mosque, with a balcony from which a muezzin calls Muslims to prayer.
