Island Recipe - Flan de Pina (Pineapple Custard) (makes 10 servings)
1/2 cup sugar, 1 medium pineapple sliced, 1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, 1can (14.5 oz.) evaporated milk, 2 cups milk, 5 large eggs, 1 jar (18 0z.) pineapple jelly.   In skillet on medium heat, melt sugar to form caramel.  Pour caramel on bottom of baking dish.  Place pineapple slices on top of caramel.  Blend other ingredients in blender till smooth.  Pour blended mixture over pineapple.  Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.  Delicious!
