Smithsonian Museums on The Mall in Washington D.C.

Smithsonian Museums on the Mall

The Mall
The National Mall, a tree-lined, grassy space, was part of Pierre L'Efants 1791 plan for the city of Washington.  Today it stretches from the Capitol to the Washington Monument and is lined on either side  with buildings of the Smithsonian Institution.

I have been here a few times, and each time I want to stay longer. There is sooooo much to see!
