SA-1, The First Saturn Rocket

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration's 1.5 million pound thrust Saturn rocket roars off its launching pad at Cape Canaveral.  Saturn is the first booster built especially for manned space flight.

I believe this is the SA-1:
SA-1 was the first Saturn I space launch vehicle, the first in the Saturn family, and first mission of the American Apollo program. The rocket was launched on October 27, 1961 from Cape Canaveral, Florida.
